How to Make 2019 Your Best Year Ever
In order for 2019 to be significantly better than in 2018, no good intentions are needed. If we are honest, they will never work anyway. You need a clear goal and a plan. After all, it is not in vain that a goal without a plan is just a wish. So you have to know exactly what you want. That means you need specific answers as to what a better life would look like for you. Losing weight is not a concrete goal to have achieved your exact desired weight on day X but already.
So that you can finally make 2019 the year on which you realize your goals and fulfill your dreams, you really only need some food for thought and a planner. How exactly this should work is explained in 5 simple steps.
1)Bring structure into your planning
You may be the most chaotic free spirit the world has ever seen, but you also need a plan if you want to put your dreams into action. Which aid you use for it, but does not matter. This can be an app where you enter all your goals, lists and to-dos, but that can also be a classic appointment scheduler or even a blank notepad.
The main thing is that there are no loose pieces of paper flying around and almost certainly getting lost. Or worse, you try to keep everything in mind. You need a tool where you can put everything together and that you always have with you.
Of course, it is also important that you not only have your tool with you, but also use it every day. You’ll need to update your to-do list and appointments on an ongoing basis. So it’s not enough to set up the planner at the beginning of the year and forget about it afterwards. You must consider this book or app as your new, everyday companion for 2019.
Before we can go forward, we have to do a little analysis of the past. How was the last year for you? What could make your life even happier and more beautiful next year? What did you want to do all the time, but did you push it in front of you?

5)Make yourself a priority
Even if it is now clear to everyone that it has nothing to do with egoism, if you pay attention to yourself, we still furtively shy away from it. We may treat ourselves to a bath and face mask from time to time, but that will definitely not be enough to make 2019 the best year of your life. Next year should be all about positivity.
To achieve that, you will have to erase negative influences in your life. You’ll have to learn not to override other people’s needs and you’ll have to learn to spend more time with them and not waste them on Netflix.
It’s best to make a list of all the things that hold you back and all the things you still want to do – and then start acting rigorously. If social media eats too much time, delete the apps or just go online at the weekend. If there are relationships in your life that are not good for you, end them.
If you really want to do sports, but your girlfriend wants to meet you last minute, say her off. It will take getting used to at the beginning, but over time you will notice insane changes in your life.
